Peabody Students Honored at AIC, Alabama, Clark, Hamilton, Stonehill | Pro Club Bd

PEABODY, MA – These Peabody students were among those who recently received academic or athletic awards from colleges, universities and schools across the country.

Lydia McGinn received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College on May 22 in a commencement ceremony that closed the college’s 210th year.

McGinn studied Art History and French and Francophonie Studies, graduating summa cum laude with honors in Art History and French and Francophonie Studies.

McGinn completed an art history dissertation entitled Anatomy as Ideology: Vaginal Hell Mouths in Medieval Christian Europe and a dissertation on French and Francophone studies entitled L’identite relationnelle: Definir le soi et l’autre par l’art ” away.

Lasell University’s Athletics Department recognized 110 Laser student-athletes from the 2021-22 GNAC Academic All-Conference.

A league-record 1,301 student-athletes were selected for this year’s GNAC Academic All-Conference Team. To qualify for the Academic All-Conference, a student-athlete must have a cumulative GPA of 3.25 and have achieved/completed second-year academic status.

Among them were Peabody athletic students Sofia Rodriguez (field hockey), Patrick Carbon (men’s athletics) and Madison Nerich (Women’s athletics).

Dado Nasso was named to the American International College’s Spring 2022 Dean’s List. Dean’s List students are full-time students who have achieved a GPA of 3.3 to 4.0.

Michael D’Iorio was named to the College of Charleston Spring 2022 Presidential List. D’Iorio is a math major.

To qualify for the President’s List (Highly Distinguished), students must achieve a GPA of 3,800 or higher and complete at least 14 semester hours.

Serena A Laro was named to Husson University’s President’s List for the Spring 2022 semester.

During the spring semester, Laro was enrolled in Husson’s Bachelor of Science in Biology and an Undergraduate Certificate in Data Analytics program.

Courtney A Kline was among more than 1,700 students named to the University of Scranton’s Dean’s List for the Spring 2022 semester. The Dean’s List recognizes students for academic excellence. A student must have a GPA of 3.5 or better with a minimum number of credit hours during the semester to be on the Dean’s List. The list includes students from Jesuit University’s College of Arts and Sciences, the Kania School of Management, and the Panuska College of Professional Studies.

Kline is a junior criminal justice student at the university’s College of Arts and Sciences.

More than 2,000 Coastal Carolina University students have been named to the Dean’s List for the Spring 2022 semester, including Mikayla Buckley, Majoring in Psychology. Students who made it onto the Dean’s List achieved an average grade of between 3.5 and 3.99 for the semester.

To be included in Plymouth State University’s Dean’s List, a spring semester 2022 student must have a grade point average of between 3.5 and 3.69 and have attempted at least 12 credit hours during the semester.

Hailey Caroll and Tyler Serin deserves this award.

Isabella Zermani was named to the University of Alabama President’s List for the Spring 2022 semester.

A total of 11,224 students who enrolled at the University of Alabama during the Spring 2022 semester were placed on the dean’s list with an academic performance of 3.5 (or higher) or with an academic performance of 4.0 (all A) in added to the President’s list.

Micah Jones graduated from Cedarville University in Spring 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Music Education-Multi-Age.

Bailey Peicott and Chiara Salzillo has earned a spot on Dean College’s Dean’s List for the Spring 2022 season.

Joshua Cerretani of Peabody has earned a spot on the Dean College President’s List for the Spring 2022 semester.

said Vermont Tech Christopher Aylward is a Class of 2022 graduate and earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Diesel Power Technology.

Benjamin T Healey earned a degree from Clark University during the 118th University Induction Practices on May 22nd. Healey graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English.

The Collaboration Recognition Program at Lasell University was established in 2021 to recognize students not only for their academic achievement in a particular course, but also for collaborative behavior that is key to success in the professional environment. This semester, 32 students received a Collaboration Recognition Award, including Jacqueline Cordeiro and Briana Ricker by Peabody.

Collaboration Recognition Award recipients are selected by their peers because they demonstrate excellent collaborative skills by sharing ideas and useful information, communicating in a professional manner, and collaborating in a manner that ensures success.

Ricker has completed a Capstone Research Components project as part of his work in the university’s prestigious Honors Program.

Ricker created cyanotypes, a type of photographic print, for their Honors Capstone component. She looked at the global aspect of the art form and took the opportunity to explore the process of creating with an older art medium.

Students placed on the Assumption University Dean’s List must achieve a 3.5 grade point average for a five-grade, 15-credit semester to be included in the prestigious list, which will be announced at the end of the fall and spring semesters. Peabody students include:

To qualify for the Stonehill College Dean’s List, students must have a semester GPA of 3.50 or better and have successfully completed all courses for which they are registered.

Peabody students who have achieved this honor are Lauren Baker, Shane Braz, Mikayla Dragicevic, Kirsten Tennihan, Nicole Thomas, Rachel Fernandes, Victoria Lombardi, Benjamin Winters, Shelby Doucette, Madelyne Lomasney, Theodore Wilson and Justin Saslau.
